Weekly Athletic Events:
Archery: The Indians and Lady Indians will compete Tuesday at home against Tremont and Smithville and Thursday at Belmont. Complete Schedule
Baseball: The Indians will play Tuesday at Amory, Friday at home against Amory, and at home Saturday against Mantachie. Complete Schedule
Softball: The Lady Indians will play Tuesday at home against Shannon, at Shannon Thursday, and at home against Tremont Saturday. Complete Schedule
Make plans to come out and support the players and coaches.
Change to the Volleyball tryouts schedule: They will be held March 4 from 3:30 - 5:00 in the IAC gym and March 6 & 7 from 3:15-5:00 in the IAHS gym. There will be no tryout day on Tuesday, March 5th. Current paperwork and physical will be required before you can participate in tryouts.

READING IN THE PARK - ICTC Teacher Academy and Educators Rising are excited to announce Reading in the Park! An event sponsored by the First Foundation promoting Early Childhood Literacy for students and children of Itawamba County!
Prom - Tickets will be on sale every Monday and Friday during lunch. Price is 1 for $25 and 2 for $40. The prom will be April 19th at Fulton Country Club. Theme is Black and White Crystal Night.

Upcoming high school juniors and seniors may apply for a two day Aspiring Nurses camp at UNA which will be held on June 25 & 26. This camp is geared around skills for students considering a career in nursing. The deadline to apply is May 5. Cost is $50. See Mrs. Collier for an application.
Students interested in the NMMC Student Volunteer Program see Mrs. Collier for an application. Due March 15.
JUNIORS: Girls State (June 2-7) and Boys State (May 26 – June 1) applications – see Mrs. Collier. You do not have to pay the $250 – you will be sponsored.
Juniors: Anyone interested in attending the Apex Leadership Summit at Ole Miss this summer see Mrs. Collier for details. Nominations are due March 29.

Mississippi Governor’s School – June 2-15, 2019 at MUW. Must be a rising high school junior or senior to apply. Must be in top 10% of class or 25 or above on ACT.
