Weekly Athletic Events:

 

Bowling:  The Bowling team will have a match with Tremont today at Thunderbowl in Fulton.

 

Basketball:  The Indians and Lady Indians will play at home against Hamilton Friday night.

 

Soccer:  The Indians and Lady Indians will play at home against Nettleton Tuesday, at TCPS Thursday and at Corinth Friday.  Saturday the JV will play in a tournament at Pontotoc.

 

Make plans to come out and support the players and coaches.

We hope to see you Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. this Friday!  We have some amazing deals in The TeePee and some young entrepreneurs who will be setting up booths to sell their own creations!

Mississippi Concrete High School Essay Contest - The top three winners of the essay contest will be awarded a scholarship to the college of their choice: 1st place - $500, 2nd place - $300, and 3rd place - $200.

  Open to Mississippi high school students between the ages 16-18 at the beginning of the

2017-2018 school year.

Essay Prompt: How Can Concrete Be Used to Benefit Mississippians Across the State?

Entry must be typed, double-spaced and must not exceed 600 words.

Entry form must be included with the submitted essay and be postmarked no later than Friday, December 15, 2017.

SENIORS:  Stop by Mrs. Collier's office to get your Free Pass to all 2017-2018 ICC athletic events.

JUNIORS/SENIORS:  MUW will be hosting two Navigating Nursing Days on November 16, 2017 and March 1, 2018 for students interested in learning more about a career in nursing.  Must have minimum ACT score of 21 and 3.0 GPA.  See Mrs. Collier for more information or to apply.  Space is limited.

College Visit Permission Forms are available in the counselor's office and on the Counselors' Corner website and must be completed for a college visit to be excused.

 

Students may purchase parking decals during break and lunch today ONLY.
